GELINAS JAMES, INC. - Dr. Robert Maurer's dear friends and colleagues Mary Gelinas, Ed.D. and Roger James, Ed.D. are dedicated and experienced consultants, process designers, facilitators, educators, and thinking partners.They help leaders, organizations, boards, and communities create their desired futures through innovative, collaborative, and practical approaches that are based in the behavioral and brain sciences. They are the co-directors and core faculty for the Cascadia Center for Leadership (cascadialeadership.org). Dr. Maurer is part of the faculty for the Cascadia Center for Leadership.
